Below is an example of the exercise videos I will be posting weekly on my Patreon - all varying in lengths of 5-10-15minutes. I call these Exercise Breaks because I create them with the intention that you can set your knitting/crocheting down, stand up, and take an exercise break with me! It's a great way to break out of the routine of sitting and crafting for long periods of time, which is detrimental to our bodies. This particular exercise break focuses on the upper body, and we do exercises for strengthening and stretching your upper back muscles and rotator cuff.
